1. Scope

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data in the Vita Health app, and what to do if you cannot access the app.

2. Delete your account/data in the app

1. Sign in to the Vita AI app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the option to delete your account.
4. Tap on the delete account option and follow the prompts to confirm and submit your deletion request.

If you do not see the option in Profile, contact us using the email below and we will help you.

4. Third-party login

If you use Apple, Google, or Facebook login, deleting your Vita AI account does not affect your third-party account. You can also revoke Vita AI access in your third-party account security settings.

5. If you cannot access the app

If you cannot log in or complete the deletion flow, emailprivacy@myvita.health with your registered email/phone and a brief explanation. We will process your request after verifying your identity.
