Vita AI(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered health coaching app that offers nutrition tracking, symptom logging, health insights, and in-app subscriptions.
2. What data we collect
- Account & Identity: name (if provided), email/phone (if provided), login identifiers, device identifiers.
- Subscription & Payments: Apple In-App Purchase transaction IDs, product IDs (e.g., yearly, monthly, lifetime), receipts, subscription status, purchase timestamps. We do not store full payment card data.
- Health & Wellness Inputs: food logs, barcode scan results, symptom logs, mood/feeling inputs, goals, activity/time stamps.
- Device & App Data: app version, device/OS info, language, time zone, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Usage Data: feature usage, clicks, session events, anonymized analytics.
- Support Communications: messages you send to support.
- Optional Integrations: data you choose to sync from Apple Health (e.g., steps, heart rate, nutrition) — collected only if you grant permission.
3. How we use data
- Deliver core features: food/symptom tracking, health insights, AI chat responses, reminders.
- Process subscriptions and verify purchases (Apple IAP).
- Improve quality and safety: analytics, debugging, fraud prevention.
- Provide support and service communications.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.
4. Legal bases (where applicable, e.g., GDPR)
- Performance of a contract (providing the app and subscriptions).
- Your consent (e.g., Apple Health permissions, marketing where required).

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us to delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure; please use strong credentials and protect your device.
